Simply click 'Make a Payment' on the toolbar on the front page, select the vitamins and nutritional supplements you want and follow the prompts.

Wow!! I didn't realize it had been so long since I posted any thing. First of all I want to thank all of you who have visited my website, particularly those of you who have spent some time on it. I hope you find it interesting. Please! Feel free to puruse the website.
Well I just wanted to let you know that I am well. That is after being hospitalized 4 or 5 times between 2016 and 2017 each with life threatening illnesses. I was in a horrendous car accident and totalled my car. I wasn't hurt much just banged up a bit. I fell and hit my eye. The bruise was so bad people were sure someone had given me a prize shiner. It healed I am grateful to say.
I am back seeing clients again. I cleaned up the website a bit.
That's all for now. Just wanted to bring you up to date and let you know how I spent the time.
